Thank god someone invented the wheel

We're a group of people who enjoy going out and trying new challenges on the bike. And we thought it would be nice to share some of the beautiful stuff we see. Enjoy.

Saturday 2nd April /// Surrey hills

This is our second to last training session for this year's
big challenge, we're attempting to do the length of Italy
north to south in 2 weeks, flying to Innsbruck on the 16th
and arriving on the 29th april in Tropea. A total of 1000miles.

Our training ground is a good 45 mile loop, starting in
Dorking and passing Shere, Leith hill and ending in
a box hill. A very scenic route although the state of the
road does sometimes stop you from admiring the lively
English coutryside. Next week, we might add the extra weights
to the bike or do a distance that is similar to what we'll be doing
on the trip. Maps and distances to be posted, in the mean time,
here are a couple of pics from Saturday's Surrey hills.

Clear sky and warm sun by the time we finished
Spring is definitely on its way and some of the trees
are just about to burst into full blossom. Let's hope this
weather can stay with us when we attempt southern parts
of the alpes.. Dolomites
